bone marrow oedema

bamboo spine squaring vertebral bodies subchondral sclerosis + erosions syndesmophytes ossification fusion

Mx - medications
A
NSAIDs
steroids during flares
anti-TNF
secukinumab if NSAIDs and anti-TNF inadequate

avoid smoking
