A

IV or subcu
Retics seen in around 10 days, Hgb in 2-6 weeks

G-CSF and GM-CSF

A

Growth factors that stimulate proliferation and differentiation of myeloid cells
Filgrastim: recombinant human G-CSF
Pegfilgrastim: filgrastim conjugated to have longer half life
Sargramostim: recombinant human GM-CSF
Use for stem cell rescue/ stem cell release, leukemia
G-CSF is preferred
