3rd part of the vertebral artery, suboccipital nerve and veins

Superior belly of the omohyoid, SCM, Posterior belly of the digastric

CN XI and XII; Carotid sheath including CN X, Common Carotid, Internal Carotid and Jugular; Ansa cervicalis, Lymph nodes

Inferior ramus of the mandible, Posterior and Anterior belly of the digastric
