  • QT prolongation
  • History of seizures
  • Mental health e.g. psychosis, depression mania, etc.
  • phaeochromocytoma
  • severe CVD

  • Sexual dysfunction (in adults)
  • Anxiety/ Depression
  • Worsening of tics (very common children)
  • Seizures
  • Weight & appetite decreased
  • Psychiatric disorders (uncommon in children)/ Suicidal thoughts/ behaviours
  • Hep impairment
