Severe epigastric pain 
- And central abdomen
- Radiating to back
Vomiting
Fever

Cullens sign
- Grey (bruised) umbillical area

Grey turners sign

  • ABG
  • Bloods (FBC LFTs)
  • EUS
  • AxR/MRI
  • ERCP if suspected cause gallbladder or if worsening LFTs
