Endotelina → endotelio libera fVW → plaquetas por GP1B se unen a fVW → liberan fVW, serotonina, Ca2+, ADP, Tromboxanos A2 → plaquetas expresan GPIIB/IIA → anclaje de fibrinógeno → Tapón
