What is a niche?
A niche is use of space or area along with resources that could be occupied by an animal or species.
What is a realized niche?
A realized niche is what space or materials that an animal actually uses in their day to day.
What is a fundamental niche?
A fundamental niche is a the area that an animal is can take up and use the resources from.
What is mutualism?
Mutualism is when two animals have a relationship that allows both animals to both have a postitive impact.
What is commensalism?
Commensalism is when an animal from a pair of other animals beneifits, while the other gains nothing, nor loses nothing.
What is parasitisim?
Paraisitism is when an animal affects another negatively, like a parasite. This animal gains, while the other one loses something.
What is predation?
The best way to describe predation, is the way is sounds. It is when an animal hunts or feeds on another animal.
What is herbivory?
Herbivory is when an animla eats a plant.
What is facultive?
Faclutuative is when two animals have a relationship that benefits them both, however they can both live and survive as normal.
What is likely to happen if the niches of two species overlap a little?
If two species overlap a little, they will be able to still interact and share resrouces equally.
