you must study it out in your mind to reach the conclusion you believe is right, then seek confirmation through the prayer of faith.
Oliver Cowdery was counseled to ask in faith. What implication did that counsel have for Oliver Cowdery and for all of us?
“Behold, you have not understood; you have supposed that I would give it unto you, when you took no thought save it was to ask me.
But, behold, I say unto you, that you must study it out in your mind; then you must ask me if it be right”
In seeking revelation to confirm a decision we have made, what should we feel if our conclusion is right? What will follow if our conclusion is wrong?
Right= feeling of rightness, wrong=stupor of thought, confusion, darkness, anxiety

- If your decision is wrong, you will have a stupor of thought.
Sometimes when two individuals are seeking revelation about marriage, they receive different answers. How would you explain that?
Maybe the one could have been right for the other, but not vice versa (a person right for multiple callings but can only have one)
What should you do if others, including parents, do not agree with the revelation you feel you have received?
Keep an open communication and sit them down to talk with it
