By when will the ICO/Asst record issuance of CD into Citywide CD system?
Within 5 Workings Days.
After adjudication of a CD, when will ICO/Asst enter adjudication info into Citywide CD system?
Within 5 Working Days.
Can I re-issue unused summonses returned by another MOS who left the command to another MOS?
Yes. And make entries.
What will a DO do if a Dept of Labor Rep shows up in an unscheduled visit at the command?
- Immediately notify Occ Safety and Health Sec
- CLE
- Notify CO
How much time does a UMOS have to accept or decline findings of a CD?
3 working days.
Must be in writing to the CO
When will a CD be disposed of if conviction is a Schedule A?
1 Year Anniversary. (Schedule A)
All unsubstantiated (Schedule A or B) Will be removed on 1 Year Anniversary
What are the Schedule B CD’s?
Note- B CD’s cannot be given if violation is aggravated by a condition inappropriate for a CD (like opening the beer and drinking it)

A- Up to 5 vacation days or accrued time (1-5 days)
B- Up to 10 vacation days or accrued time (1-10 days)
Revocation of Off-Duty employment if related to that. Not to exceed 30 days
Restrict out of command assignments that pay OT, not to exceed more than 5 assignments
When must a Ranking Officer (Sgt or Above) suspend an MOS?

Premises patronizes/have interest in/association with Licensed or Unlicensed, a
GDASS club.

Patronizes an unlicensed premises (tavern or restaurant with expired/suspended license) where the only apparent illegal activity is their sale of alcoholic beverages, except performance of duty.
What will a ranking officer (Sgt or above) do, when he Reasonably Suspects that a UMOS is unfit for duty due to effects of alcohol?
Notify the CO/Duty Capt, who will determine if fit for duty and modify or suspend member.
Who will the Ranking Officer in charge notify when a UMOS is suspended from duty?
