Summarize the rejection at Nazareth
Jesus and His disciples went to Nazareth. he began to teach in the synagogue. People were amazed at His wisdom. They were confused how this ‘simple carpenter’ was so knowledgeable. All he managed to do in Nazareth was heal a few sick people.

Why were the people of His home town so shocked?
They known Jesus to be a mere carpenter most of His life. Now he ha suddenly come back with all this wisdom and religious knowledge. It shocked and offended them.

‘A prophet is not without honor, except in their hometown, and among their own kin, and in their own house.’

Jesus’ authority and where he got his knowledge from.

Who was brother Andrew and what did he do?
He was a Dutch monk. He believed it was his calling to into the communist countries after WWII and deliver Bibles. it was a criminal offence to have a Bible in some of those countries. he was arrested on multiple occasions and was persecuted.
