You’ve established a standing clinch. How do you go to the ground?
A
Hips close and to the side.
Head on chest.
Monkey grip.
Drop a few inches.
Grab, lift, and fold. Pull with arms, push with head and shoulders.
Step into the fall.
Release op on the way down and transition to mount.
If op is too stable, switch to Leg Hook Takedown.
