Triangle Choke
Slice 1: Final Position

Position: You are in Guard and have established to position to move to the Triangle Choke.

Indication: You have Op’s head and one arm in between your legs. How do you perform the choke?

A

Cross your feet with Op’s head and one arm between your legs.
Op’s arm gets passed across your body and held.
Your other arm cups the back of Op’s head and hold it down.
Move your hips up to Op’s shoulder level by placing your leg that isn’t on Op’s shoulder with your foot on Op’s hips and scoot north.
Turn your top leg (and your hips) and bite Op’s neck with your wrapped knee.
Hand that was on Op’s neck switches to pulling down on your ankle.
Your other foot moves from Op’s hip to having your knee wrapped around your wrapped ankle.
Squeeze your thighs.
Pull Op’s head down again with your freed up hand.
Hips up.
