Wrap Op’s arm opposite of their posted leg (you will roll this direction).
Hold Op’s head close with your other arm.
Uncross your legs and land a foot on the side Op has posted his leg. Shrimp your hips out from under Op.
You should be on one shoulder and one hip.
Your leg that was landed comes around and hooks under Op’s leg.
Hand that is pulling Op’s neck switches to an under-hook and reaches for the sky.
Hooked leg lifts and your opposite leg chops to roll Op.
