For customers reporting overheating and constant rebooting with an Xi5/Wireless X1 TV Box, what is recommended?
please ask the customer if the Xi5 is well-ventilated. (In this scenario, customers typically see 30 seconds of video, and the Xi5 would begin to continuously reboot.)
If the Xi5 is well-ventilated and overheating persists, please schedule a trouble call (T/C) box swap.
