What devices are supported?

A

The Xfinity Stream portal is currently available for viewing on PCs and Macs. The Xfinity Stream app is currently available for iOS devices running 9.0 or higher and Android devices running 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or higher. Kindle Fire devices are supported. Windows phones and tablets are currently not supported.

In the event of a DVR box swap, will I still have access to my recordings?

A

Recordings made after June 7, 2016, or after the date you began using X1 Cloud DVR (whichever is later) will be accessible from your new TV Box as well as from mobile devices and computers.
