What functions can you do with the Xfinity My Account app?
Billing:
• View bill.
• Make a payment - specify a payment amount, schedule a date and pay with:
o Credit/debit card - enter information or use your smartphone to take a snapshot
o Bank Account
o Cash via PayNearMe
• Manage your billing preferences:
o Store payment methods
o Sign up for Paperless Billing or automatic payments
o View scheduled payments
o Enable Touch ID for bill details
Account Information:
• Modify display name, view account number, address, email addresses, Security PIN and Xfinity Voice number(s).
Appointments:
• View date and time of appointment.
• Reschedule or cancel repair appointments.
• Find Comcast Service Center locations in your area and get directions.
View Xfinity TV, Internet, Voice and Home services:
• View devices and connections status.
• Troubleshoot and restart your devices.
• View the channel lineup for your package or search for a channel.
• Set up your remote control.
• Customize your WiFi network name and password for Xfinity wireless gateways.
• View Internet Usage Meter (in select markets).

What versions of Android versions work with Xfinity My Account app?
Android 4.1 (and later) users can download and install version 1.15 of the Xfinity My Account app. Android 4.0 (and earlier) users can still download and install version 1.14 of the app.
What equipment versions work with the Xfinity My account app?
Apple smartphones with iOS 7 or above.

What account management options are available in the Xfinity My Account app?
• One-time bill pay by:
o Credit/debit card, including entering card information using a smartphone camera.
o Check.
o Stored payment method on file.
• Enroll in Paperless Billing
• Manage stored payment methods on file.
o Give saved credit cards nicknames.
• Pay delinquent account balance to immediately restore service.
• View account information:
o Name on account.
o Account number.
o Preferred email and phone number on file.
o Billing and service address.
o Security PIN.
o Xfinity Voice number(s) in Account Details.
• View Internet Usage Meter (select markets).
o Non-Usage Based Billing (UBB) customers tracked at account level (Freedom and Mountain West Regions) see a note stating: ‘Enforcement of the 250GB data consumption threshold is currently suspended.’
o Usage Based Billing (UBB) customers included in ongoing trial. See additional details about the Terabyte Data Usage Plan, Flexible Data and Unlimited Data Options.
• View outage information.
• View service status messaging that displays issues with Home Integrity Check.

• Add an alternate email address or modify the preferred email address.

• View or change your in-home WiFi network name (SSID) or WiFi password for Comcast-owned Xfinity wireless gateways (currently unavailable for customer-owned Wireless Gateways).
o Note: The ability to change the WiFi network name (SSID) and WiFi password functionality only applies to the following Comcast-owned Wireless Gateways.
Arris TG862G, Arris TG852G, Technicolor TC8305C and Technicolor TC8717C models under Internet tab > Change WiFi name & password > Change WiFi Name & Password.
All models under Internet tab > Advanced Settings > Admin Tool.
• Restart your Xfinity Home Touchscreen Controller.
• View current Xfinity TV channel lineup and search for specific channels.
• Access the Admin Tool in order to customize wireless gateway settings, including:
o Your network settings.
o Your WiFi network name (SSID).
o Your WiFi network key (password).
o Parental Controls.
o Your public Xfinity WiFi hotspot setting (turn on or off).
What appointment information options are available in the Xfinity My Account app?
• Manage technician appointments, including rescheduling.
• Technician’s estimated 30-minute arrival window displayed for appointment.
o Note: Not applicable in the Central Division; arrival window only displays once the technician is en route.
• Tech Tracker, currently available in the Oregon/SW Washington area and coming soon to additional regions:
o Includes name and picture of technician.
o Fifteen minutes prior to appointment, map will display with technician’s route.

• TV Interactive Troubleshooting Guides (ITGs).
o Contact options upon failed troubleshooting:
Request a callback (estimated wait time is displayed).
Twitter contact (tweet messages to @ComcastCares).
• Request a callback for billing issues.
• Restart wireless gateway and view signal strength.
• Support for Xfinity Home devices.
• Program your remote (includes XR2, XR5 and XR11 remotes).
• View your channel lineup, including the number of channels in current package.
• View important alerts about your service, including upcoming maintenance (within three days).
• Set up new TV Box and wireless gateways.
Note: Available for wireless gateway models Arris TG862G, Arris TG852G, Technicolor TC8305C and Technicolor TC8717C.
What Activity History options are available in the Xfinity My Account app?
• Speed tests run.
• Appointments made.
• Calls made (including reason called, duration, ability to rate the call and other details).
• Self-Install Kits shipped.
Over time, additional events will be added to the Activity History screen, including billing information, Xfinity On Demand (XOD) rentals and X1 Refresh functionality.
Will we support single sign-on to other Xfinity apps?
Single sign-on will be provided between the Xfinity My Account app, the Xfinity Stream app and the Xfinity TV Remote app.
