Palpate the radial-ulnar joint (back hand)
- Ulnar styloid (back hand)
- Anatomical snuffbox and compress-PRESSS

Move (Compare both sides)
A
Extension and Flexion:
Move wrists up and down
Pronation + Supination

Special Tests:

Scaphoid Fracture:
-scaphoid compression test (anatomical snuffbox)
Suspected De Quervains Tenosynovitis:
- pain. around thumb and wrist
- Finklestein’s test- hand in fist and bend down
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome:
tap over carpal tunnel of the wrist
(median nerve compressed)
Cubital Tunnel:
- compression ulnar nerve at elbow
- abduction small finger
Phalens
- reverse prayer
- suspected carpal tunnel syndrome
