HOW DOES GOD RESPONSE TO SIN?

A

GOD RESPONSE TO SIN WITH:

  1. FORBEARANCE (he bears with us) - although exposed to the wrath of God (rom, 2:5) we are not subject to the full expression of God’s displeasure; this forbearance is open to abuse and misinterpretation (Ps. 105:10, 130:3)

AND WITH

  1. jUDGMENT: - Given with the purpose of bringing people to repentance; Jesus taught that what had befallen those singled out for special judgment as that which fell on Sodom (Gen. 18:32) was not final. they along with everyone will await final judgment (Mt. 10:15; 11:20-24) Humans are judged for choices made.
