Why was the programme re-sequenced once the materials were received? Should this not have been done earlier?

A
  • It was re-sequenced prior to mitigate delay and understand drop dead date for when FCU’s were required before delay to PC.
  • Once received to site then a full re-sequence took place to ensure accurate contractor reporting.

Were weekly reviews enough given the short programme and high profile fit-out being undertaken?

  • Combined with site inspections these were enough.
  • Could have increased if required.
