F: Fire behavior/environment - ongoing fire prediction, extreme fire behavior, fuels, weather, topography
A: Access - fast egress possible
C: Clearance/construction - does structure have defensible space, building materials of structure
T: Time constraints - is there time for adequate size up, is there time for more resources, time for escape
S: Stay or Go - tactical decision based on SFACTS, what tactic should be used
