104,000kg - 136,000kg max takeoff weight
Lower medium
40,000kg - 104,000kg max takeoff weight

Light weight
Less than 17,000kg max takeoff weight
To which aircraft must wake turbulence separation be provided?
Aircraft operating or crossing directly behind another aircraft at the same level, or within 1000ft below.
Aircraft using the same runway, or parallel runways less than 760m apart, or crossing runways where their paths are projected to intersect within 1000ft of each other or below.
Under what circumstances can the wake turbulence separation minima be conditionally ignored?
If the pilot following states that they have seen the preceding aircraft, and will maintain safe separation themselves.
If the pilot renounces the enhances separation minimum.
If you are sure that the area of wake turbulence will not be penetrated.
