SE: cough and angioedema
Renal insufficiency (dec GFR) and hyperkalemeia
Metabolic acidosis and hypotension

Use: diabetic nephropathy
Renal artery hypotension
Note: slow progression of HF

CI: renal artery stenosis
+aldesterone antagonist/ k+ sparing diuretics
