- distribution system ( product flow from the manufacturer to you to the client)

What does the channel ‘ customer relationship’ mean in a business model?
- how do you keep in contact with clients?
- how do I make sure my clients return?
- automatic (email) vs personal contact
What does the block ‘ revenu streams’ mean in a business model?
- what is making sure that in the end of the month you have made revenue
- you must earn more than what you have to pay ( what comes in must be higher than the costs)

- what is necessary to earn money? What are the most important activities?
- when do you hire more people in your business? What activities do they do?

- what costs do you have - what is needed to deliver your value to the right people to have a profitable business
