3) Duration 15min - 3 hr; repetitive. Often at same time.
4) Maybe associated with: Partial Horner syndrome (without anhidriosis), Ipsilateral eye redness, tearing, rhinorrhea, or nasal congestion.
Which is the treatment for cluster headache?
100% O2, Sumatriptan.
What type of drugs are the -triptans?
Serotonin agonist, cause vasoconstriction, modulate neurotransmission in trigeminal nerve.
When are used the -triptans?
Acute migraines or headache.
