What are the approximate ‘settings’ for a 1500ft circuit downwind F5?

Briefly describe a standard circuit.
Take-off F20, standard rotation 2-2.5deg/sec toward 15deg.
At 1000ft lower nose, accelerate to F5 speed and initiate turn aiming to level at 1500ft 5deg pitch/58%N1 at approx 2nm (width of TCAS ring is 3nm).
Downwind - after take-off & descent checks. Abm threshold start timing. At approx 35s gear down F20. At approx 60s (longer the better - 90s works well) initiate turn and begin descent. When visually on profile just prior to turning final F30/F25.
Aim point is @ 1500ft just beyond 3rd touchdown mark/8th row of white barrettes.
In terms of electronic approach guidance to what point are they accurate?
Approx 300RA (except PAPI which may be used to threshold). Bear in mind the PAPI are generally set to deliver a landing 1000ft-1500ft (300-450m note: perf tables incl 455m air distance) beyond the threshold while VASI will be 1000ft-1800ft. Also PAPI may be calibrated differently. Use of ILS or VNAV more accurate. Caution is advised using a 2 bar VASI which may result in too shallow approach. FCTM 6.
When should the aircraft be flared (accepting variations for weight/temp/alt) and what effect does floating have?
Between 20-30ft. Note: the AT will retard the TL at 25ft.
A 3s float will use up approx 200m.
