Johnson manoeuvre
A
initial Mx
push fundus back up abdomen into correct position (most of arm will be inside vagina)
hold in place several mins and give oxytocin

hydrostatic methods
A
if Johnson manoeuvre fails
fill vagina with fluid to inflate uterus back to normal
need tight seal at entrance of vagina
