Q

Lean management Limitations

A

-Requires a cultural shift and training to identify added value and reconfigure production or service processes.(going to take a lot of time and energy)
-Requires continuous improvement mentality to achieve zero defects.(going to take a lot of time and energy)

or
-Going to require training for employees for them to be able to identify the unecessary feature on produe and of ways to achieve aero defects, costing the bsuiness money.
-Going to require employess to constantly have continous improvements mentality to achieve zero defects, taking alot of effort and energy of employees, possibly decreasing their effiiciency.
