Poor kidney function
- glomerulonephritis
- ATN
- blockage of urinary tract
- pre-renal cause
What can cause a low level of creatinine?
Decreased muscle mass
Advanced liver disease
What is the normal level for sodium?
135-145 mmol/L
What can cause high sodium?
Dehydration
Cushing’s syndrome
Diabetes insipidus
What can cause low sodium? (with normal urine sodium)
Diuretics
