- test for agglutination
( clump together yung antigen-antibody response/system) - serum is mixed with a dead bacterial suspesion with antigen ( kasi yung salmonella typhi nag rerelease ng toxins kaya may antigen) PRESENCE of IgG or IgM
management for tuphoid fever
