- severe DHN (oliguria, hypotension)
** specific gravity increase- low central venous pressure
management for cholera
- fluid replacement
- coconut water: rich in potassium
- ORESOL replacement
- increase OFI - 3-4L/day

- gives 3 years protection

7-14 days after onset
