Bithionol/ biotin 30-50 mg/kg PO on alternate days for 10-15 days

pneumonia
bronchiectasis
pleural effusion
empyema (accumulation of fats)
prevention and control for paragonimiasis
never eat raw freshwater, crabs, or crayfish, snail
cook crabs and crayfish for at least 63C/145F
