what is tuberculosis
-an infectious disease that’s caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis
-mainly affects the lungs
-releases bacteria into the air by coughing etc and is transmitted to another person

-they reproduce and cause infection in the lungs
-immune system strong: body will fight
-weak: active tb occurs and spreads to the rest of the body

-tiredness and fatigue
