What did they identify from the reviews?
Physical, personality and cognitive differences between leaders and non-leaders
What is chronological age findings?
The evidence for this was contradictory. Leaders in six of the studies were found to be younger but were older in ten of the students. In other studies, there was either no difference or it differed depending on the situation
What were the height and weight findings?
There was a weak positive relationship between both height and weight and weight and leadership ability
What were the leadership classes?
