He was taught to breathe slowly and deeply from the abdomen while monitoring his heart rate using ECG
What was found out after biofeedback session?
Showed a reduction in self reported negative mood states
What was the reduction in?
Reduction in cognitive and somatic anxiety - cognitive anxiety scores reduced from 14 to 0 overall sessions - somatic anxiety - 21 to 0
what’s the performance improved?
Yes - 18 holes = 91 strokes to 76 strokes
