- Use agar jelly

What is the process to make a culture of bacteria?
A
- Pour hot, sterile agar gel into a petri dish
- Inoculate the sterile agar = this means introducing the bacteria using a sterile wire loop
- Provide warmth and oxygen
- Keep the dish incubated at no higher than 25 degrees

- Pass the metal loops through a flame
- Boil solutions and agar
