  2. Arrest/periarrest

  4. Good chance of neurological recovery

  1. Concern for IC bleeding
  2. Concern for dissection
  3. Known allergy

A

Prolonged resuscitation
Convey with ongoing CPR
If ROSC may need vasopressor support
Consider destination eg. cath lab/ECMO
