Outline the contents of the Sepsis SOP

Patient may be unwell due to sepsis

Definitions:
- Sepsis (organ dysfunction caused by dysregulated host response)
- Septic shock (circulatory and cellular metabolism abnormalities increasing mortality, hypotensive)

Antibiotics:
- Benpen, Cef and aciclovir for meningoencephalitis
- Co-amox for open fracture
- Clinda if pen allergic

Fluids:
- 250ml boluses up to 2000ml
- Consider vasopressors (metaraminol or adrenaline)

Give oxygen
