s/s- pinching/burning sensation just off midline of spine, pts may also experience pain that wraps around to ant wall, pain w deep inspiration

px- CVJ palpation would be painful, pain with rotation, scapular winging

POM- conserve

Answer 2

Px- adams test will show rip humping on side of ape, CJV will be tight and tender, check abdominal reflexes

<10= normal
10-20= monitor
20-25= xray every 3-6m
25-40- refer for brace if >5deg progression in one year
40-50= refer
>50 need surgery

ss- results in hyperkyphotic posture in t/tl region

px- enhanced thoracic kyphosis and tenderness over thoracic musculature and joints

POM- conserve but avoid flex based adjustments
