A

ss- retropatellar or peripatellar pain, reproduction w squatting, stair climbing, prolonged sitting (movie goers sign)

px- Kneeling test+, resisted quad extension, clarks, squat

A

SS- typically post trauma/pivot/valgus, pain on med/lat knee BUT min swelling, difficult weight bearing, locking/catching

Px- Eges, Mcmurrys, Thessely, Bounce home, Joint line tenderness, Steinmann test

A

ss- tightness behind knee, worsened by full flex/ext

Px- pain w flex

POM- surgical removal of cyst
