A

ss- pain + numbness in distal forarm + into hand, inability to flex distal IFJ, thenar mm wasting

px- sustained pressure over pronator teres, tunnels

A

ss- numbness/tingling down ulnar distribution, pot trauma/overuse

px- tinnels @ cubital, elbow flex test (full extend + sup)
