3 layers of aorta are intact but dilated

presentation
incidental finding
chest/back pain
trachea compression: cough, SOB, stridor
oesophageal compression: dysphagia
rec. laryngeal N compression: hoarse voice

reducing risk of progression
stop smoking
healthy diet + exercise
optimise co-morbidities
