A

TV programs dedicated to minority issues are scheduled at time or channels that ensure small audiences. This means that the white audiences are less likely to watch content and may remain ignorant to the ethnic minority culture and the main stream media assumes that minority issues are being dealt with by minority programming so are less likely to report on them.
