Judaism doesn’t focus on life after death as there is no specific mention of it in the Torah
Most Jews are focused on living a good life and try not to worry about life after death
They believe that the true understanding of life and death is beyond the ability of humans

Where do some Jews believe people will go?
Some Jews believe that good people will go to Gan Eden
Some believe in Sheol which is a place of waiting. It is believed that souls should go to Gan Eden or be destroyed.
How will this change a persons life?
Jewish people will remain to live a good life by following mitxvot and treating others well, They don’t do this to be rewarded in the afterlife but because it is the right thing to do
What is the immortality of the soul?
This is the idea that the soul lives on after the death of the body

Some argue that only the righteous will be resurrected.

Reject ant form of physical resurrection or physical life after death. Some believe in a soul which will continue to live on after death of body.
How will this change reform and Orthodox Jews ; soul
O; want to be buried with all parts if their body in the grave to and should be done as quickly as possible.
R; allow a burial or cremation bc they do not believe in a physical afterlife or resurrection.
