What is a tefillin?
Made up of two leather boxes each containing the shema prayer.
Refillable shel Rosh is bound to the head with straps and the refillable she; yad is bound to the upper arm with strap.
Who wears it?
Usually worn by orthodox males agyer their bar mitzvah on weekday morning during prayers but not on shabbat or at festivals

What is a tallit?
This is a prayer shawl traditional worn by jewish men during prayer: tallit gadol = prayer shall (large) and tallit katan = worn under everyday clothes
There are knotted fringes atttactetched to it and there are 613 fringes = mitzvot
When is the tallit worn?
They will wear it during prayers and worship and sometimes throughout the day

What is a kippah
A head covering which are called skull caps tradiontally worn by jewish men: showing they are jewish
When is it worn?
IT can be worn from childhood sand some choose to wear it during prayer or wear it all the time.
There area also some reform jewish who wear it
Why is the kippah worn?
The exact meaning is unknown although it is often seen as a sign of respect for God as the highest part of the head it covered it is also seen as a symbol of jewish identity
