A

There should be a chuppah under which the rabbi conducts the ceremony.

The kiddushin is the first part of the ceremony: betrothal ceremony. The second part is the nisuin in which seven further blessings are said to finalise the marriage and rings are exchanged. (Symbolises togetherness)
The marriage contract is the ketubah.
At the end of the ceremony a glass is stamped on by the groom (Smahses a glass by stamping on it as a reminder of the destruction of the temple).
