- China absorbed lots of death but didn’t give up

Military strategy for GErmany was to use planes, tanks, and infantry to make overwhelming first strike. extremely effective at first.

very ugly, 120,000 japanese-americans were put in camps in fear that they were the enemy. 442nd regiment was japanese-american, most decorated in war.
