Cons: High chaos potential, failed in history before.

Magna Carta: King had to follow laws
English Civil War: Rejecgtion of divine rights
Glorious revolution: gave parliament more power, added some enlightenment rights

1: government, not a monarchy it’s a three-part government and combination of democracy and republican period
2: no nobility slash feudal titles. 3: many enlightenment ideals insured in laws.
4: freedom of religion and separation of government and religion.

Pros.
1- most efficient government period
2- people have clear roles.
3- monarchs can be well trained. 4 -past people saw monarchs as needed protectors for order and safety.
Cons. 1- minimal accountability 2- succession problems.
