FIRST CRUSADE
1096-1099, the Peoples Crusades. LR People inspired to go to war to reclaim Holy Land thanks to preachers, this is conflict from massacre of 3000 Christian Pilgrims in Jerusalem. (revenge plot!)

1147-1149. Land Route, lost to Jerusalem, internal fighting.
THIRD CRUSADE!
1189-1192, Crusade of Kings. WR. French, English, German kings lead. King Frederick of Germany drowned, nothing accomplished. 😂
FOURTH CRUSADE!
1202-1261, WR, mainly to recoup losses from previous crusades, also ransacked towns.
