who is the offender of technological crimes?
depending on the crime it could be anyone with access to the internet. some of these do require higher level skill that not everyone would know or have. it can be part of an organised crime network.

who is the victim of technological crimes?
consumers shopping online
celebrities- higher risk of phone(s) being hacked
public awareness of technological crimes?
higher as some individuals are more internet savvy so may recognise the signs of this. also if they are being trolled they would have increased awareness.
lower as some can be quite complicated such as cyber fraud so individuals wouldn’t be as aware.
is technological crimes criminal or deviant?
both as defrauding people and viewing child pornography
deviant because trolling is just being rude about somebody’s appearance , but deviant as if they are being trolled by racial abuse and threats.
