hyperreflexia, and spasticity
brisk knee reflexes
absent ankle jerks
extensor plantars
spinocerebellar tract involvement
sensory ataxia → gait abnormalities
positive Romberg’s sign
low folate levels and treating that with folate and not checking what can lead to combined degeneration of the spinal cord?
